Haley brings a wealth of experience and a passion for making meaningful connections in the legal profession. Originally from Louisiana, she graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Sociology degree before earning a JD from Mississippi College School of Law, graduating cum laude.

After three years of successful practice in personal injury law in Austin, Texas, Haley found her true calling in legal recruiting. Co-founding Voll Recruiting was a natural progression, driven by a desire to elevate standards and redefine excellence in the industry.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, hiking, sailing, and immersing herself in the great outdoors with her family and rescued pup, Jo.

Edwin is a veteran recruiting professional who tailors the recruitment experience to the specific needs of partners and associates throughout the country. Prior to recruiting, he was a Healthcare Regulatory associate at two Midwest Am Law 100 firms, where he helped advance the firms' recruitment and diversity efforts.

Edwin is a 2014 Washington University in St. Louis School of Law graduate. He spends his free time winning Chicago flag football championships, playing with his pit bull Aang, and salsa dancing with his wife and daughter in their living room.

Kendra has spent most of her career recruiting high-caliber professionals across a range of industries, from Fortune 100 technology companies to AmLaw 100 and regional law firms. Her experience spans executive leadership, law firm partners, and legal associates, giving her a deep understanding of the unique dynamics at every level of the hiring process.

Known for white-glove service to both clients and candidates, Kendra focuses her recruiting efforts in Colorado and Arizona while expanding her reach throughout the Mountain West.

A proud Colorado native, Kendra earned her B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, spin classes, baking sourdough, and walking her schnauzer, Bear.

Loren is a Director of Legal Recruiting at Voll Recruiting, running full life-cycle searches for attorneys, paralegals, and compliance professionals at AmLaw 200 firms and Fortune 100 legal departments, nationally and internationally. She specializes in lateral associate hiring and in-house corporate searches, and helps boutique firms and start-ups acquire the legal talent they need to grow.

A lawyer by training, Loren has spent nearly two decades in legal staffing across fintech, financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and regulatory oversight.

Earlier in her career, she carried full P&L responsibility and led sales and recruiting teams across multiple offices, including managing 100-plus attorneys on large-scale projects. Loren earned her JD from Tulane University Law School and her B.A. from Syracuse University, and works from New York, NY.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations, Edith specializes in recruiting for law firms and professional services. She is a proud graduate of DePaul University and holds an MBA from Purdue University.

Early in her career, Edith worked full-time at a law firm while completing her undergraduate studies, a hands-on foundation in how law firms operate and what helps them succeed. She has lived the work, not just studied it, and that real-world experience helps her understand both sides of the table and make connections that truly fit.

Logan is a legal recruiter focusing on the Southeastern U.S. job markets. He started his legal career as a Creditor's Rights attorney, with additional experience in Family and Criminal Defense law. “There's nothing quite like placing someone in their dream job!”

Logan is from the great state of Louisiana and is a lifelong LSU fan. Geaux Tigers! He is an avid fisherman and hunter, so he spends as much time outdoors as he can.

As a physician assistant with over nine years of hands-on experience across orthopedic surgery, cardiology, emergency medicine, and post-acute care, Max deeply understands the challenges and rewards of a career in healthcare.

Max champions the philosophy of healthcare workers helping healthcare workers. Collaborating closely with surgical facilities, clinics, and hospitals, he leverages firsthand clinical experience to guide candidates effectively, ensuring both they and the hiring facility find a successful long-term placement.

Cristina brings a rare combination to healthcare recruiting: a doctoral command of medical science and years leading high-performing sales teams. She earned her PhD in neuroimmunology and infectious disease from the University of Minnesota, completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, and taught biology as a professor at Hiram College and Cleveland State University.

After academia, Cristina spent nearly a decade as a Sales Director, building teams, setting strategy, and sharpening the relationship skills recruiting runs on. She draws on a deep network of physicians and a genuine understanding of clinical work to connect clinicians with roles that fit their training, their goals, and their lives.

Monika is a practicing physician assistant with more than a decade in orthopedics and neurosurgery, including her current role at Austin Brain and Spine. She brings that clinical insight to finding and evaluating physician and advanced-practice talent, so the candidates the team pursues have been sized up by someone who has actually done the work.

Mitch is known for her professionalism, strong service mindset, and commitment to exceptional client support. With over ten years of experience in customer service, operations, and solutions-desk roles, she excels at managing inquiries, improving communication flow, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the team.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, often hiking or climbing mountains, and indulging in gastronomic adventures.

John is a Founder at Voll Recruiting, where he leads recruiting technology, marketing, and business administration. He built the firm's market-intelligence platform, designed to track attorney movement across thousands of law firms and support every search the team runs.

With previous entrepreneurial experience, John is focused on building Voll Recruiting into a firm where recruiters are treated like owners, and on using technology to create an unfair advantage for clients and candidates alike.
