We work on contingency: no cost to you unless you hire our candidate. Fee structure and guarantee terms are agreed in writing up front, before any candidate details change hands.

Who pays the recruiting fee?+

The hiring facility. Working with Voll costs candidates nothing. You get clinician-informed representation and negotiation support for free.

What roles do you place?+

Physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners across specialties, including orthopedic surgery, cardiology, emergency medicine, primary care, and post-acute care settings.

Do you really place physicians, or mainly PAs and NPs?+

We place physicians (MD and DO) as well as PAs and NPs. Our desk includes a recruiter with a doctorate in biomedical science and an extensive physician network, alongside practicing physician assistants who understand the clinical and financial realities of a physician move: call coverage, RVU and productivity structures, partnership track, and total compensation beyond base salary.

What makes your healthcare desk different?+
