Does it cost me anything to work with a legal recruiter?+

No. Our fee is paid by the hiring law firm, never by you. You get representation, market data, and negotiation support at no cost.

Will my current firm find out I'm looking?+

No. We never share your resume or identity with any firm without your explicit consent, and we discuss each submission with you before it happens. Confidentiality is the foundation of our practice.

What markets do you cover?+

We place attorneys nationwide, with recruiters focused on the Mountain West (Colorado, Arizona), the Southeast, the Midwest, and major national markets. Our research process covers firms in every U.S. legal market.

What kinds of attorneys do you place?+

Lateral associates, counsel, and partners across practice areas, from AmLaw 100 firms to elite boutiques. If you're a practicing attorney with at least a year of experience, we should talk.

Do you place partners and groups?+

Yes. Senior lateral and group moves are handled by recruiters who do this work regularly, several of them former practicing attorneys. That work looks different from associate placement: discreet market soundings before anything is in writing, book-portability and conflicts analysis, Lateral Partner Questionnaire (LPQ) preparation, and negotiation of origination credit and compensation structure.
