Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) | Sayre, PA | Full-Time | $480,000-$530,000 Base Salary + RVU Incentives + Comprehensive Benefits
A well-established, physician-led otolaryngology practice within a large, integrated multispecialty medical group is seeking an experienced Chief of Otolaryngology to provide clinical and strategic leadership for an ENT program based in Sayre, Pennsylvania.

Ideal Candidate
- Board-Certified Otolaryngologist, MD or DO
- At least five years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong record of clinical excellence and an interest in mentoring and developing physicians and staff
- Fellowship training, academic accomplishments, teaching experience, professional service, and program development experience are highly valued
