A well-established, mission-driven community health organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for its growing primary care team in Lancaster, California. You provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan within a multidisciplinary team, serving an underserved community.
Position Highlights
- $228,000-$350,000, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Full-time outpatient practice, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and preventive care strategies
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Supervise and mentor Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active California medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Active DEA registration and current BLS or CPR certification
- FQHC or community health center experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking proficiency preferred
