A concierge orthopedic practice with four Houston-area clinics is seeking an outstanding PA-C or NP to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge orthopedic care. This is an outpatient role built around focused musculoskeletal exams and advanced joint injections using the latest regenerative therapies, in a collaborative, patient-first practice with minimal administrative burden. You work alongside a supportive team dedicated to helping patients avoid surgery through innovative, non-invasive treatment.

  • Schedule: flexible, full-time, 3 to 4 days per week.
  • Compensation: $750 to $900 per day plus lucrative quarterly bonuses (approximately $108,000 to $173,000 annually at 3 to 4 days per week).
  • Locations: four clinics across the Houston metro: Cypress, The Heights, The Woodlands, and Sugar Land.
  • Setting: modern outpatient concierge practice with minimal administrative burden.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct brief, focused orthopedic evaluations in a concierge, patient-centered environment
  • Administer joint injections and regenerative therapies
  • Educate and empower patients on alternatives to surgery and drugs through orthobiologic treatments
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team across four premier clinics in the Houston area

What We Are Looking For

  • Experienced PA-C or NP with strong skills in joint injections and musculoskeletal exams
  • Background in orthopedics, sports medicine, or pain management
  • Passionate about regenerative medicine and the future of non-surgical care
  • A positive, professional bedside manner and the ability to build patient rapport quickly
  • Active Texas PA or NP license
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to excellence in patient care
